- Clean Up Fee - $200, May be waived if unit is returned clean.
- Our rental weeks during the summer, Friday 2 pm - Friday 10 am ONLY!
- Units are to be returned with ALL WATER & WASTE TANKS drained. $50 Fee for us to drain these tanks.
- NO SMOKING, NO PETS, and NO DRIVERS UNDER 25 The CLEAN UP FEE, after smokers, or pets is $200 and will not be waived!
